“I am invisible now” is Li-E Chen’s working title for her upcoming publication on the role of leadership as part of her independent leadership development in 21st Century Leadership. She will be interviewing “invisible” leaders including curators, arts and cultural leaders, artists, arts managers, digital leaders, etc to investigate what it means to be “invisible” leaders.

I have asked my boyfriend to explain me what the words risk, resilience and revolution exactly mean?
Risk – it could go bad and damaging
Resilience – it is the ability to bounce back, not give up
Revolution – it is a sudden change
How does this relate to the role of “invisible” leaders?
One way to reduce risk while i take risk of doing something that I don’t know, I create at least one or two back-up plans. So that if everything screw up, then I will use the last resource, but not sure if this is the best way??
